Sound and Vision Media recently had the pleasure of working with Aramark Campus Dining and Mr. Manny Manno, the Director of Business Development at Aramark, Higher Education.

Our crew worked on the set with Aramark’s Executive Chef, Adam Pagan, on a unique meal preparation at their Create Kitchen. This video shows a very easy way to prepare a sweet and sour tofu dish.

Aramark utilized this video, which was an original idea of Manny Manno, for the purpose of showing how Aramark Campus Dining is helping students prepare and cook nutritious and affordable meals in a matter of minutes.

It was a real pleasure to work with the creative team at Aramark, headed by Brant Schroeder and Rich Chiarantona, who assisted in making this video a success.
